Unsure what had happened here. They used to be awesome. Staff was still great but the rest was awful. They tried to bully us into 26k worth of dental work. Told us we were horrible parents, that we should take out a home equity, and there were veiled threats of children and youth calls. Wanted to do everything at once, would not work in chunks to make it easier on the child. Demanded we use the hospital and not in-house because the dentist "did not feel comfortable" doing it in house. They are children, you work as a PEDIATRIC dentist, yeah they squirm sometimes. Refused to use the normal laughing gas/localized anesthetics, like everywhere else. If you cannot handle that go into adult dentistry. We took him somewhere else and all the work will cost a grand total of 500$. DO NOT LET these people bully you.

Both of my children (and myself) had such a pleasant experience! Hollie was so nice and answered all of our questions along the way. She had a way of making the kids feel comfortable and they were not anxious at all. I highly recommend LPDA. 😁 …

We had an awesome experience! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I love it here . The best office we’ve been to since my son has been going to the dentist! Take your children here you will not be disappointed

Hollie on the orthodontic side of the practice is the sweetest, caring, fun, friendly person you will ever meet. She helped me thru the insurance process and ease any concern I may of had. My daughter adores her! She loves your child like her own. Always positive and happy! Everyone from both sides of the practice are amazing! I would highly recommend this practice!

Doctor was kind, friendly and great with the kids, the dental assistants were great, especially with my daughter who had severe anxiety. The only complaint was the front desk staff at checkout. Customer service was poor, she seemed annoyed the whole time and barely looked up from her screen. I was there with 4 kids. I get it, it’s a lot, but also you work at a pediatric dental office so you deal with kids. It just makes an already tired mom feel worse when you make Her feel like a problem at the office.

The dentist handled my daughter's anxiety about tooth extraction flawlessly! What could have been a total disaster turned out to be positive experience due to the extra time the dentist took to make sure my daughter was comfortable, informed and had some semblance of control every single step of the way. Her in depth understanding of anxiety especially in children was such a pleasant surprise!

I love bringing my son to Lancaster Pediatric Dental. We have been coming for a couple of years. The staff is friendly and the Dentist does a great job teaching my son to take care of his teeth. I recommend Lancaster Pediatric because the atmosphere is very warming.

Please take your child else where. Let me start by saying Leah Charles the “coordinator” pretty much did a bait and switch. She quoted us $2200 in dental work and were told we would only be responsible to pay for $563 and our insurance would cover the rest. Well 3 months later countless calls and letters sent out to us that we owe $722 more. Every time I called I was told numerous times that we did not owe anything and it was error and that they were still waiting on the insurance to pay out.. well guess what more than 3 months later Leah finally tells me that we ARE responsible to pay the $722, not insurance. Leah is a sales agent disguised as a dental pediatric coordinator. AVOID THIS PLACE if you want to pay more than double what you’re actually quoted. Also they NEVER answer their phones. You have to call about 6 times and go through every extension until someone answers. Absolute nightmare.
